My cockatiel, Daisy, died last night. My other cockatiel, Luna, spent all night calling for her and trying to find her after we took Daisy's body out of the cage. She sat with her while she died, a faithful friend. She's heartbroken and I fear that she might die of a broken heart, and so we have brought home two rescue 'tiels from the cockatiel relocation station. Linus and Stormy seem to like her and she is doing better now that they are with her in this time of heartache.
